The Sited Art Space at the reservoir functions as a walkabout and also, ironically, as the largest land poem ever conceived about water.  Executed during time the reservoir was drained leaving in its place a large dust bowl. Each of its 9 stations contains a viewfinder as well as QR codes (included below) that take you to antarctic krill ponds, glaciers, hot tubs, jokes, poems and demographic information about the neighborhood of Silverlake. Abstractly, the inaugural SAS converts the chain-link fence that frames the drained Silver Lake Reservoir into a viewfinder. It functions as an inverted, fissured panopticon with sight lines provided by the local neighborhood.
